Hello, I'm Amanda, and I'm thrilled to introduce myself as I embark on my journey in the real estate field! My decision to pursue a career in real estate stems from my passion for assisting others and problem-solving. Recognizing the complexities involved in buying or selling real estate, I aim to help simplify the process for everyone involved. Central to my career aspirations are values of respect, kindness, and honesty, which I prioritize in every interaction.

Joining L2 Realty was a natural choice for me. The team's evident passion and enthusiasm for land and lifestyle resonated with my own values, making it clear that I had found a community of like-minded individuals.

A bit about me: Southeast Kansas has always been home, from my upbringing around Eureka and Yates Center to my current residence in Fredonia. Fond memories of my childhood include assisting my dad and grandpa with the cattle and engaging in outdoor activities like hunting, fishing and camping. I developed a lifelong love for horses tracing back to my earliest days, starting with a ride on my mom's pony. Despite initial expectations that I might outgrow this passion, my dedication to horses remains steadfast.

Active involvement in 4H and FFA during my youth equipped me with skills and values that I continue to apply today. Following high school, I pursued a Certificate in Equine Science and later became a Registered Veterinary Technician, gaining valuable experience in a mixed animal practice. Further education at Kansas State University earned me a Bachelor's in Animal Science and Industry with a Minor in Business. Transitioning from clinical work to teaching veterinary technician programs and eventually to a role as Senior Claims Analyst in pet medical insurance, I honed my attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and leadership skills—qualities I bring to my real estate career.

Outside of work, family time takes priority. My husband Tony, son Eli, and I share our home with a menagerie of animals, from horses and calves to a parrot and axolotl. I enjoy taking Eli out to my family's farm to let him explore, work and experience the same traditions and activities I did as a child.  Watching him fall in love with the land and lifestyle brings about a whole new appreciation and perspective to light. We're an active 4H family supporting Eli's involvement in various projects and events.  You will also find us cheering him on in track, golf and most recently, the clay target team. Together, we operate a small family business called Horseshoes and More, combining our artistic talents to create unique products, with Tony's horseshoe artwork, my jewelry and candles and Eli's photography.  I'm also eager to return to competitive mounted shooting and potentially explore obstacle courses and extreme cowboy races with my horses.

I eagerly anticipate meeting you and assisting in turning your dreams into reality. Please feel free to reach out via call, text, or email anytime.
