Who am I? I am a Missouri/Kansas land specialist, outdoor storyteller, hunter and lifelong conservationist who helps buyers and sellers discover the true potential of rural property. My experience in wildlife management, marketing, and land stewardship allows me to see opportunities that many people overlook.
Growing up in the heartland of the Midwest shaped not only who I am, but also the passion that has guided my career. Raised in Kansas City, Missouri, I spent my childhood outdoors—playing until dark, helping my dad on construction projects, camping, fishing, and spending countless weekends on my grandparents' cattle farm. Those early experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the land and everything it has to offer.
My grandparents also introduced me to hunting at a young age, and it quickly became more than a hobby—it became a lifelong passion. I harvested my first deer in 2004 and my first turkey the following year. As I spent more time in the Ozarks hunting hay fields, hardwood ridges, creek bottoms, and working cattle farms, I began to understand how wildlife, habitat, and land management all work together.
When my grandparents retired and purchased our family farm in Benton County, Missouri, my passion grew even deeper. Over the years, we've implemented timber management practices, established food plots, conducted prescribed burns, and completed numerous habitat improvement projects. Seeing the positive impact these efforts have had on both our farm and neighboring properties has given me a unique perspective on the value of well-managed land. Today, with more than 20 years of hunting experience and over a decade of hands-on habitat management, I naturally look at every property through the eyes of someone who understands its potential.
After graduating from Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in Media, specializing in video production and photography, I combined my love for the outdoors with my creative skills by launching CCProductions. My goal was simple: build a career that kept me outside while telling stories that mattered.
Since 2018, I've been fortunate to travel across the country producing content for major outdoor brands, television shows, and social media creators. Along the way, I've built lasting relationships, documented incredible adventures, and learned from landowners, farmers, hunters, and conservationists who all share a passion for the outdoors. Every property has a story, and every landowner has unique goals. Those experiences have strengthened my ability to listen, communicate, and showcase what makes a property truly special.
Today, I bring together my background in marketing, professional photography and videography, wildlife habitat management, and firsthand knowledge of rural properties to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
