I joined L2 as the Director of Operations in November 2024 after previously serving as the company’s Office Coordinator. I’m excited to continue supporting our agents and contributing to the growth and success of the L2 team. My goal is to help ensure daily operations run efficiently while providing agents and clients with the support they need for a seamless experience.
I was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. After meeting my husband, who grew up in Cherryvale, we moved to Clearwater — my first experience living in a small community, which I quickly came to love. His career later took us to Norman, Oklahoma for several years before we returned to Kansas, briefly settling on a small acreage in Haysville. During that time, we began raising chickens, goats, and a few cows, discovering a passion for rural living and caring for animals. In 2022, we moved to Neodesha to be closer to my husband’s family and to enjoy more space to grow our small farm and lifestyle.
I attended Friends University, earning my undergraduate degree in Music, and began my professional career as a paraeducator in Wichita Public Schools. After seven years, I continued my education at Wichita State University, where I earned a Master’s degree in Teaching – Early Childhood Unified. I then transitioned into teaching, working in Wichita, Norman, Goddard, and Fredonia over the past decade. While I greatly valued my time in education and working with young students, I was ready for a new professional chapter. The organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills I developed in education now support my role in keeping L2’s operations organized and running smoothly.
After relocating to Neodesha, I also launched a small business creating goat milk soaps and lotions, along with selling produce grown in my summer garden. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, and caring for our animals.
I look forward to continuing to work alongside our realtors and assisting clients with any questions or needs they may have along the way.
