My family moved to Kansas when I was 10 years old, and I grew up on a small hobby farm between Caldwell and Wellington. Growing up in 4-H and spending my summers working for local farmers taught me the value of land, hard work, and rural community. That foundation—and my lifelong love of the outdoors, especially archery hunting —shaped who I am today.
My husband and I now own a homestead in Oxford, Kansas, where we operate an outfitting and land-improvement business focused on wildlife habitat development, property enhancement, and recreational land management. Working hands-on with landowners across South-Central Kansas gave me a deep understanding of what makes rural property truly valuable. It also inspired me to pursue a lifelong dream: becoming a REALTOR®.
As a Rural Property Specialist serving Sumner County, Cowley County, and South-Central Kansas, I combine personal experience with professional knowledge to help clients confidently buy or sell recreational land, farms, ranches, homesteads, and country homes with acreage.
With years of experience in hunting land management, habitat evaluation, and property improvement, I’m able to identify key features that matter to rural buyers—such as wildlife potential, water sources, soil quality, tillable acres, and overall land usability.
