Hi! I’m Morgan, the Marketing Assistant at L2 and a lifelong Independence, Kansas native. I grew up surrounded by 4-H, rodeo, and the outdoors, which gave me a deep appreciation for rural living and strong community values. Independence will always be home to me, and I love the small-town feel where people genuinely care about one another.
I met my husband, Lane, through mutual friends in 2019. He comes from a deep-rooted farm family with generations of agricultural history, and together we share a strong appreciation for the land and the traditions that come with it. We’re raising two busy little boys who keep us on our toes. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching them experience the outdoors for the first time and raising them the same way we were raised; outside, curious, and connected to the land.
In my role at L2, I get to blend creativity with connection. Behind the scenes, I work to ensure our brand, listings, and team are represented authentically and professionally, helping showcase not just properties, but the lifestyle and values that make this area so special. I’m proud to be part of the L2 team and to support a company that truly values relationships, community, and hard work. Being able to contribute to a team that’s so rooted in the people and places we serve means a lot to me!
