This property sits just north of Sedan Kansas off of Highway 99. It consists of 474.5 acres on a southward facing slope. One of the unique aspects to this place is the diverse terrain that it offers. It has creek bottom, rolling hills, timber, and views for miles around.
At the start of the property coming off Kansas Road you will see multiple wooded draws stretching up toward the north end that run down into the main creek. It has a solid rock road all the way from the highway where a semi can drive in and out with ease. The cross fence splits the property into a north and south pasture where you can ensure even grazing across the pasture. Consisting of mostly native grasses there is some bermuda and fescue scattered through the draws.
