 ONLINE ONLY. Bidding will open at 12:00 PM on 5/20/2024 and close at 2:00 PM on 5/22/2024 or once no additional bids have been placed for 3 minutes. There will be a 10% buyers premium added to the high bid to determine the contract price. Closing fee and title insurance fee will be split 50/50 between seller and buyer. The property is selling subject to a reserve. Bids submitted shall be “firm bids” available for sellers acceptance and without contingencies. Interested buyers need to view the property prior to the date of the auction and have financing approval along with any inspections performed prior to bidding.
