Small farms have been known to host big deer. Mature timber throughout along with a wet weather creek and heavy vegetation gives this tremendous potential. Turkeys have been know to use the area for feeding and roosting as well. Bordering the south property line is a crop field with numerous trails leading to and from. If hunting is not your thing then maybe just a spot for the family to get together outdoors is an option! With the rugged terrain it would sure make a good play area.
