Sales Team Lead

The Sales Team Lead provides mentorship and leadership to a small team of 2–7 real estate agents, helping them grow their business while delivering excellent service to clients. This role focuses on coaching agents through goal setting, accountability, and sales strategy while providing guidance on pricing, negotiations, and market trends. Team Leads support new agent onboarding, help resolve complex client situations, and work closely with brokerage leadership to keep the team aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate is a top-producing agent with strong leadership instincts, professionalism, and a passion for helping others succeed in real estate.
