Sara Kattenberg

Hey there, I'm Sara! Your local Realtor specializing in selling rural homes in southeast Kansas and northeast Oklahoma. I was born and raised in Bartlesville, OK and moved to southeast Kansas in 2016 after meeting my husband. I never imagined living in Kansas, but had been bit by the love bug! Now I can't imagine living anywhere else. We live on a small acreage just south of Cherryvale where we enjoy the peace and quiet of country living. 

I received my bachelor's degree in Organizational Management and Ethics from Oklahoma Wesleyan University. For over 13 years, I worked in higher education and the Career Tech Ed system. As an educator, I have learned how to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong advocate for students. As your real estate agent, I will be an advocate for you. 

I launched my real estate career in 2018, and obtained my broker's license in February 2021. In 2022 I participated in the Kansas Association of Realtors Right Track program. This program helped me to gain leadership skills and apply them to my career. It has also helped me to become more involved and connected with others in our industry. Whether you are buying or selling, I will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. I help homeowners set themselves up for a successful home sale by educating them on the steps they need to take prior to listing. No matter when you put your house up for sale, working with me will help the process go a lot smoother, and help you get your home sold faster and for more money. If you are buying, my goal is to educate future homeowners on how to make smart real estate decisions so they can find a home they love, build wealth through real estate and have fun doing it! As a local expert, I want you to not only fall in love with your home but also love where you live. 

Want to know what lights me up? I love nature, and am happiest outdoors. I enjoy fishing, hunting, hiking, kayaking- you name it! I also love to travel with my friends and family. I'm always down for an adventure. And let's not forget about my furry little family- I'm a dog mom to the two cutest pups you'll ever meet!
